Danielle Bitton is an international singer, DJ, actress, musical theatre performer and keynote speaker whose work lives at the intersection of performance, resilience, reinvention and human connection. A seasoned performer with over two decades of experience, Danielle has appeared on stages across the world. She starred as Eva Peron in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Evita across Asia, performed as Isabella in the South African musical Calling Us Home, appeared as a finalist on Israeli X-Factor, and entertained global audiences as a guest performer for Norwegian Cruise Lines and Princess Cruise Lines. Her artistic path has moved through musical theatre, live vocals, acting, DJ stages, luxury events and original music - a career defined not by one straight line, but by the courage to keep evolving.

In 2020, Danielle faced a very different stage. During lockdown in Cape Town, while undergoing treatment for breast cancer, she began singing from her Sea Point balcony. Bald, vulnerable and physically exhausted, Danielle used the one thing she still had, her voice, to bring comfort to others. What began as a private act of survival became a public moment of connection. Neighbours opened their windows, strangers listened, people sang back, and many later told her that her voice carried them through lockdown. She became known as the “Sea Point Balcony Singer” and was featured as one of News24’s 6 Faces of Lockdown.
